What new features will be added to the Tauri v3 project?

No real features are planned for it yet. Most features we want to add down the road could be added in a 2.x release as well. v3 will be more about breaking changes eg switching from gtk3 to gtk4 maybe switching from tao to winit, and stuff like that. I doubt our CEF webview alternative will be ready until then but maybe it also requires breaking changes (or maybe not 🤷).
