Yeah exactly, housing is used as a value storage for large players when they need to use a generic asset in between investments. It’s relatively safe but its value is passive, it is driven by the rest of the market. Plus it’s great for money laundering and bribing politicians or officials. So all this manipulation raises the prices for everyone, and most people don’t benefit from it. It’s just so greedy and abusive.

I have had Linux for more than a year now, a universal blue managed one, I have forgotten what updates are even. Games play great, coding is super easy. Windows only exist because consumers are ignorant, but that can be said about most of capitalism.
It’s funny cause “ambient, pervasive, multi-modal” are all words used when envisioning the future applications of AI, so you know some marketing smuck glanced over the literature (or probably asked an AI to do so for him) and chose them with little care as to how the new Windows will embody these qualities. I am so tired of salesmen,marketing,word salads and entrepreneurship.
I hope they don’t remove Mozilla accounts too, I have all my bookmarks and sync between devices there. Zen browser that I use relies on this and I assume other browsers based off Firefox do too. Mozilla does not have a good managing team and they deserve to go down but there should be a transition period.
I use bluefin since I do AI research but installing Steam is super easy. Personally I think it’s good if you have learned how Linux works at a high level (things like kernel and user space, systemd, the filesystem, targets, etc.) but in principle it requires very little maintenance. No dnf update and possible issues with drivers, almost everything is taken care of upstream. They even have an AI chatbot based on dosu on the discussion forum so you can troubleshoot.
