Impact Hub Association works towards a just and sustainable world where business and profit are used in service of people and planet. We pursue this mission by stewarding a globally connected network of locally rooted Impact Hubs, supporting impact-driven entrepreneurship, and enabling cross-sector collaboration to address social and environmental challenges.
All activities of the Association are guided by our global Theory of Change and Ambition 2030 framework, ensuring coherence, accountability, and alignment with our publicly beneficial objectives.
Impact Hub Association is governed in accordance with the Articles of Association and Austrian association law.
The Association is governed by:
- The General Assembly, composed of member Impact Hubs, which is the highest decision-making body
- The Association Board is responsible for strategic oversight, financial stewardship, and safeguarding the Association’s mission and non-profit purpose.
Impact Hub Association manages its financial resources prudently and exclusively in furtherance of its non-profit purpose. Income is derived from mission-aligned sources such as membership contributions, grants, and project funding, and is reinvested into activities that contribute to public social and environmental impact.
