Stop Making Text Effects like this…
When using Adobe Illustrator I usually make my text effects with drop shadow the way I did it first but I could never edit it if there was a mistake.
I promise you, please start exploring the Appearance Panel. It’s honestly a life saver and you have so much flexibility with still being able to edit and adjust type.
