DEI policy has provided opportunity, employment, benefits etc to all minorities across the western world. That by definition requires the reallocation of those thing. Now who loses out in this situation (cos someone is losing out) turns out to be predominantly straight white men.
You can argue all u want that that they shouldn't have had it in the first place but do you expect them to lie down and take it like good little bitches as u take their opportunity and future away from them?
I think people forget that it only takes a few young men (3.5% of the population) to for them to become the monopoly on violence and take power by force through suppression of everyone else.
