If visa support is required, we may request additional personal data, such as passport scans, photographs, and other documents necessary for visa applications. In such cases, all data is used exclusively for visa processing and shared only with the relevant official authorities. No personal data is shared with third parties or published elsewhere. All visa-related documents are deleted from our systems within 30 days after visa issuance.
For additional data protection, passport details are not displayed in buyer or client contact sections of our sales contracts, minimizing the risk of data leakage.
