  • Yeah seems kind of whiny since he’s super successful and was probably already well-off, but on the other hand…

    I’m kind of tired of hearing that my nieces and nephews have no career goals other than to be a “content creator”.

    Maybe if more people were honest about what it takes and how the social media companies have started to squeeze creators then kids would aspire to get real jobs.



  • Hard agree. If you’re not voting at all you’re basically saying “do whatever you want to me government daddy, no matter what you do I support you!”.

    At the very least, you should be registering a protest vote with a third party so that your protest is recorded.

    I don’t agree with this whole idea that Nader gave the election to Bush. Nader said he would have dropped out if Gore had adopted certain things into his platform.

    Polymarket seems like some sort of crypto scam and there are known crypto scammers like the Trump family involved.

    However, what I find interesting about this is that it doesn’t cost anything to answer a poll, and likewise there’s no real gain for the participants.

    Polymarket could be a better indicator than polling simply because there is an incentive to participate AND it costs something to participate.
