I dunno, I more often see this phrase combined with masturbation to porn the user cannot believe they masturbated to afterward. There is a sense of clarity following ejaculation, but it doesn’t necessarily have anything to do with a sexual partner or their perceived attractiveness.

Something about this paragraph doesn’t exactly fill me with optimism. I only hated about half of what they did in the cancelled show, and they did a few things really well (I liked the Moiraine and Siuane update, made sense, and they kept the scene where Mat kicks the shit out of the princes with a stick, so that was fun).

You figured it out earlier than I did. I remember “voting” third party in my middle school’s presidential tally because the republican candidate wasn’t “conservative enough.”

It’s easy to be shaped by the opinions of your family when you’re young — your brain isn’t fully developed and they’re your unit. Once you started experiencing other perspectives, and realized they made more sense, you changed. It took me until undergrad to realize my previous beliefs made no sense. Give yourself credit, and stay curious.

I coveted mine (variations of the LUCCA A53) for about seven years before I could manage the funds. It still feels absurd but I can’t argue with the results.

I gave up completely and just bought an espresso machine. Sure it’s gigantic and it and the grinder take up a fuck ton of counter space, but turns out making a latte the way I like it wasn’t that hard to learn.

Season 4 is really fun to watch either as a drinking game or as a target for shit-talking with whoever is on the couch with you. I don’t remember any of the plot, which is probably for the best.

…yeah this is absurd. We’re all reading the same content. Who cares how we read it? They’re both pretty great as far as I can tell as an ignorant end user.

I think Mlem does, although I usually swipe down to close an image from view so I’m not sure about up. I definitely swipe sideways to go back, but it’s been a bit hit-or-miss since the new iPadOS uses this in the corners to shrink an application for some reason I can’t fathom.

Probably whatever it is that makes me set off its emergency siren thingy about once every two years. It’s a great way to check heart health, I think. If I don’t have an immediate heart attack from it and die, I’m probably okay.
