Right now you are hearing (or seeing) over and over that the next 30-60 days is the ideal time to buy a home this year. Interest rates are starting to come back down, which means those buyers that have been sitting on the sidelines the last couple of years will be flooding the market. If you’re a seller and looking to move to a new home, this market may be less stressful to sell and buy at the same time than waiting for the spring market. Although you may get more money for your home in the spring, you’ll be paying more money to buy your replacement home at that time as well. Get ahead of the frenzy!
