They’re a small automaton inventor that has a construct, Gonk, shaped like a pair of legs. I normally have a move speed of 25 but while riding Gonk we haul at 40. Gonna have fun with this one :3
My first attempt at a serious charcoal drawing. I’d tried my hand at the medium on and off before, then put it aside for a while, but always experimented with basic forms. I’m happy with this attempt; it was especially relaxing 😃. Perhaps someone knows of a good, beginner-friendly book for self-study. I’m not a professional artist, which means I’m looking for something accessible yet sophisticated 😅.
I spent so much time painting individual blades of grass and leaves. I normally don’t do that, I try to fake it. But the reference image was very much about all the foliage and the shack was just the anchor. Thoughts?

So, this one is actually a bit special to me as it was inspired by an actual childhood experience I had where I got to sign my name in a section of wet concrete near my childhood home as a kid when the street was freshly rehabbed in that area at the time.

I had a dream in which i was going to write a horror story. The Magnus Archives were playing in the background, so suffice to say it might’ve had an influence on what i was dreaming. So there i was in my dream, and I seemed to be following a process. I would first imagine a horrible thing that could happen to a person, then i’d work my way back and see how they got there. So the conclusion of the story was laid out, now it’s time to lay the intro. So i thought of of the idea of someone having long and sharp teeth. They were more like fangs, extending from the canines all the way to your chest. As I thought of these teeth, they grew inside my mouth, I had them. I really liked them, and ever since I woke up their shape and feel (the weight of having them attached) has stayed with me. I’d like to think that haj (which started out as just drawing sharp teeth) was inspired by that dream
I’m an absolute beginner that decided to make a comic character poster for my kids. I found a nice tutorial and was able to sketch a nice 24,36” picture of the character Luffy from the cartoon they watch called one piece.
Experimenting with some grey scale markers! before anyone says it.. my partner mentioned the buildings have some.. “uh.. phallic qualities.” Freud would have a field day with this one.

My completed take on the game asset creation course by Creative Shrimp. This was a really interesting and fun lesson in creating something with a lot of detail and the baking that detail to something that can be used in games or in more dense scenes. Retopology is something I’m always looking to improve on and learn more about so this was greatly appreciated.
Painted this while watching the F1 Japan GP. Started it on lap 5 and finished it just moments before the podium. Fun race overall. Nice to see what McLaren can do when they finish a race.
