The Customer Activity page in Microsoft Engage Center provides a centralized view of the services included in your Microsoft support agreement and how those services are being used.
Digital MIRP
Microsoft's Major Incident Response Plan (MIRP) aligns teams with clear steps--before, during, and after an incident. MIRP is now digital--no more static PowerPoints. You have one centralized location for solutions, contacts, and guidance. Administrators manage contacts directly, and attestation confirms information accuracy.

On-Demand Assessments
Assessments are available through the Engage Center Connector to help you assess and optimize the availability, security, and performance of your on-premises, hybrid, and cloud Microsoft technology environments.

User and group management
The User Management section of Microsoft Engage Center provides you with the ability to add and remove users and select what roles you want them to have.
