Pay schedules are Monday to Sunday
Direct Deposit the following Friday from a Pay schedule closing

When can I clock in?

Program Staff - as long as you are "working" and scheduled to work that day, you may clock in at the earliest, 8:30AM. You must be clocked in at least 15 minutes before your program start time.

Otherwise you can be clocked in any time you are working or during your scheduled work periods

I forgot to clock in/out - what do I do?

Oh NO! Your first resource should be to review the time card adjustment policy. You will need to send an email to your Director and CC HR requesting a time adjustment change and the reason as to why.

How do I get my paystub?

When you were hired you would of got a invitation request from QuickBooks Workforce to set up your account. This is not spam! Please set this account up to view your paychecks, stubs, and other information.

If you can not access your WorkForce account, please contact HR and they can get you printed paystubs or investigate your account for access.

I need to change my Direct Deposit info

That is not a problem! Make sure to stop by HR to get a direct deposit form to fill out and resubmit to payroll
