What is OST?

Major Daniel Marciel was a direct accession to the US Air Force after obtaining his Doctorate in Clinical Psychology. He has served as an Air Force psychologist for over a decade with varying
assignments and mission sets all over
the world. He has a clinical passion for providing preventative care, identifying organizational changes, and supporting healthy lifestyle behavioral changes. He believes our Airmen and Guardians to be the Air Force's greatest resource and strives to optimize the cognitive performance of everyone he meets.

Major Robert Justiniano commissioned into the US Air Force in 2011 as a seasoned social worker, where he has provided clinical support in 7 different MAJCOMS, to all branches of the military. He is an expert clinician and is dedicated to strengthening resilience and readiness of military members to enhance both their professional and personal lives and champions principles to help maintain a healthy balance between the two. Outside of work, he is very involved with family and enjoys spending time cooking and sharing food with others.

Major Stephanie Owens began her military career as a medical planner in the US Army and transferred to the US Air Force after obtaining a Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy. She has extensive experience working with people of all levels including adaptive athletes and critically injured multi-trauma amputees. She vehemently believes that movement is a resiliency tool and is passionate about helping others improve their physical performance to share that vision. When not working Stephanie loves all outdoor activities and can likely be found hiking, paddleboarding, or camping.

Clark Anderson embarked on his strength and conditioning career after obtaining his master's degree in movement science from the University of Illinois nearly two decades ago. He has coached athletes, from school-age to professionals, participating in all major sports. A six-year veteran of the U.S. Army and former strength and conditioning coach for the USAF Weapons School, 66th Rescue Squadron, and the 88th Test and Evaluation Squadron, his background includes a deep understanding of physical conditioning for performance and tactical needs as well as specialized training for demanding operational environments. His comprehensive approach and dedication to optimizing strength, endurance, and mobility has made him a trusted resource in the development of elite-level programs for both athletes and military professionals. Coach Anderson continues to focus on the intersection of performance, health, and tactical efficiency, helping his trainees perform at their best under pressure.
