Solidarity for Abortion Access in Latin America
We are raising funds for Las Libres, a Mexico-based abortion access organization that works across Latin America to support people seeking abortion care. Abortion may be legal in some parts of Latin America, but it is still very difficult to access and completely stigmatized. Las Libres is building a mutual aid network rooted in solidarity, empathy, and reproductive justice, and invites all of us to participate! With just $4,000, Las Libres will meet their yearly budget for the solidarity fund for a group of abortion doulas in a remote area of South America. Your donation will go to paying for abortions, transportation expenses, prepaid mobile minutes, and the cost of lodging for people experiencing domestic violence who are seeking abortion care away from home. We all need a little help sometimes, so please help out, if you can!
