Run the Spectrum is a long-form documentary and lifestyle channel following life, movement, and ambition through a neurodivergent lens. I’m Lara, an autistic woman, runner, and entrepreneur. In 2026, I’m completing 12 half marathons in 12 months, each in a different sensory environment, to explore what accessible, predictable movement can look like for autistic and neurodivergent adults. This channel includes running vlogs, race weekends, day-in-the-life videos, training, business building, and honest conversations about autism, mental health, and navigating the world differently. Run the Spectrum is about movement as regulation, running as self-trust, and building a life that works with your nervous system, not against it. New videos document the journey in real time, the races, the routines, the setbacks, and the quiet wins in between.
