Come ready to workout with me on Saturday! This is an in-person group led workout to engage in your core, arms, back, and leg muscles. Wether you're active or just getting started ... Come through and lift like the baddie that you are! This is a femme & queer friendly event (LGBTQ+) Bring your mat. Bring water. Bring your weights (I'll have some but first come first served) Bring your resistant bands, etc. This is a donation based event so if you'd like to see more of these events in Southeast LA show support by engaging with the invitation, my page, and tell your girls about it. This event will be outdoors so bring a sweater but prepare to sweat and be sore the next day. <3
