Swim Bike Run Local Burnley
Come and do as much or as little as you want in a fun and relaxed environment. Swim Bike Run Local are monthly opportunities to help you create fitness habits of a lifetime. Come and get started with likeminded people and build your confidence in these welcoming opportunities.This is both an indoor and outdoor session. The swim section is pool based, cycle section is completed on static exercise bikes (spin bikes) and the run section is carried out on the Padiham Greenway, going 1.5km in one direction an then returning to the start thus completing 3km. The run section can be carried out on a treadmill if you wish, but we cannot guarantee a place on a treadmill as members of the public may be using them.
