This is a registration form to be a registered volunteer within the Clean Jordan Initiative. Follow the instructions listed under each section, and fill out your responses accordingly. Use your school email while submitting a response. Please note that volunteering to every event is optional, but your presence is highly appreciated. You would have a larger opportunity to become an organizer or part of the leadership team through this form. Your hours would be recorded for every event you take part in, and you will receive the proper recognition if you register. This form will be open indefinitely.
