This application is for disciplined professionals ready to build an athletic, pain-free body through structured performance coaching. I only accept a limited number of clients at a time. Program features: 3 training sessions weekly ( 12 session total in the month) 1x per week FREE recovery session (60 mins massage/stretch therapy available by house call) Customized meal plan Workouts for non training days with me. Weekly check ins & accountability Who is this for: Busy and driven adults with minimum 60 mins to spare 3x per week over the next 6-12 months. No guesswork or random workouts, 100 % structured programing that will get you closer to your fitness goals once you lock in. All you have to do is show up and we will take care of the rest! NOTE: If you are not willing to full out this form you are not serious so don't waste your time and mines.
