The variety of options in any real estate search or sale can be overwhelming. In Maine, the extensive coastline, differing communities, seasonal conditions, and other special considerations can make your real estate deal seem even more complex. As a native Mainer, I'm especially familiar with what goes into those choices and how to maximize value for both buyers and sellers. I now live in southern Maine, but I had the unique privilege of growing up in North Haven, where my dad was the ferry boat captain for more than three decades. My island upbringing gave me a natural connection to the water and to our state's special charm, but even more so it taught me an appreciation for building relationships and being close to the community. Those values motivated me into a real estate career - I get to show off the incredible communities and culture of Maine while helping people with their home-buying and selling decisions.
