Ethiopia is a versatile Brooklyn-based artist whose music seamlessly blends reggae, rock, and punk with elements of rap, hip-hop, and pop. Raised in a rich African-Caribbean cultural environment, she developed a profound connection to reggae music from an early age, deeply influenced by the sounds of dub, ska, and classic reggae from the 1950s through the 1980s. A lifelong musician, Ethiopia began her musical journey as a percussionist at just 2 years old and wrote her first song by age 4.
