Our Services | Integrated Care for Everyone
Our goal is to provide every member of your family with the full range of healthcare services you need, whether it’s primary care to address your physical health concerns, mental health care, or addiction recovery. We serve adults, kids, and teens, and offer same-day appointments. Our professional staff is here to assist you and your family to get the right care at the right time, treating you with compassion and respect. Our services are offered in a variety of locations in Greater Hartford, East Hartford, and South Windsor. Bilingual (Spanish and English) services are available.
Our School-Based Health Centers
Our School-Based Health Centers
InterCommunity’s School-Based Health Centers provide services beyond the scope of the school nurse; however, services do not replace your child’s pediatrician. Instead, we work collaboratively with physicians and offer families immediate access to health care during the school day. Parents no longer have to leave work to drive their child to the pediatrician when they are sick, need a physical, or have other health care needs. In addition, School-Based Health Centers do not collect co-pays for services. Our providers work closely with school nurses and other outside care providers to serve as a resource for wellness and prevention.

InterCommunity Health Care is a FQHC (Federally Qualified Health Center) that provides primary care, behavioral health care, and addiction recovery services in the Greater Hartford area. Our centers in Hartford, East Hartford, and South Windsor, Connecticut provide same-day care to any community member who needs it, regardless of life situation or ability to pay.
