Beware Potential Buyers !! Today 29dec finally day of registration, 40k in cash for registration services being demanded which is not beyond 10-12k , that too in cash . Ready to move in with no stable electricity till 12th Nov’2025. Zero support from builder No Lifts working till 31st oct’25 , can’t take aged parents to flat. No electrical connection to flat till date, builder is proud still claims and selling this ready to move it property. Sundays interior work not allowed while builder labs ur can work quietly. Temporary electrical connection is given on different floor almost 100mtrs far from flat location. Unprofessional behaviour from builder CRM / Project team. Had issues with support on the JRC Wild Woods project due to concerns about quality, customer service, and following non-standard practices. Tried to escalate these issues and meet with Mr. Manohar Reddy but didn't get the opportunity to meet or email my concerns. Would appreciate if they'd address these areas for better client experiences.
