Cold Stun Sea Turtle Training with NYMRC
New York Marine Rescue Center are the primary responders for sick or injured sea turtles and marine mammals in New York. We maintain the only marine mammal and sea turtle rehabilitation center in New York State. Cold stunning is the number one cause of sea turtle fatality in New York. This is why NYMRC needs your help! The sooner these animals are found and reported to NYMRC, the higher chance of survival. Attend a lecture to learn how you can get involved. You must attend a Level 1 lecture BEFORE attending a Level 2 beach training! Please review the available slots below and click on the button to sign up. More dates to come!
