Pepita Productions is the producing company for Julia Knight. Julia is a comedy performer, musician, singer, improviser and psychologist. Her first solo show, ‘I Am Not Victoria Wood’ had sell-out runs at Brighton and Edinburgh fringe festivals. Her second solo show, “Zeit-Heist: more than a feeling” premiered at Brighton Fringe in May ’23. The show was nominated for 3 awards at Liverpool Fringe 2023 including Best Comedy Performer and Best Comedy Show. The show was winner of Best Stage and Technical. Julia is also a regular comedy performer of self penned comic songs that highlight life’s joys, absurdities and injustices in equal measure. Her latest show ‘Jest Julia – Songs of Joy and Justice’ presents songs from both her solo shows in addition to satirical comedy/parody songs about topical issues.
