Become a model
Become a model
You can become part of our waitlist for becoming a model for our students or new treatments we offer. Models do not pay the full price only a fraction of the actual cost to cover time and materials. A 25$ fee is required before the treatment is booked. Sent by e-transfer to reimagineclinic@gmail.com You have to be at the appointment 15 min before the treatment. Prior to the treatment, you will need to fill out the consent form appropriate to your treatment. You will need to fill out the following form and order to be added to the waitlist and once we have availabilities we will contact you.
