We regret choosing Matt Nylander from Shyft Realty to sell our home of 18 years in Mindarie. We paid a much higher commission than other local agents and don’t feel it was worth the extra. His service and attention prior signing the contract was fantastic however the service post signing the contract was not. It felt impersonal, most of the time I had to follow up and our home was not respected. His actions did not align with his words and we won’t be using him for our next sale.
