Simmons SLIS Alumnae/i Award Nomination Form
Simmons SLIS Alumnae/i Award Nomination Form
The Simmons School of Library and Information Science (SLIS) Alumni Association Board of Directors is soliciting nominations of SLIS graduates for the 2022 Alumnae/i Achievement Award. The SLIS Alumnae/i Achievement Award is presented annually to a SLIS graduate who has demonstrated significant achievement in the library and information professions. The award winner will demonstrate excellence in a way that exceeds the boundaries of their current position by achieving influence as an outstanding role model for library and information professionals. This is a wonderful opportunity for you to share your work with others or to honor a colleague in their field. The award winner will be recognized as part of a Simmons Alumnae/i Day event and will have the opportunity to record a talk about their work. You can view the video created by 2018 winner, Jane Sánchez, here: https://youtu.be/nj2Xh1TO7Os All nominations must be submitted by March 31, 2022.
