This club is a medium commitment. If accepted, you will be meeting bi-weekly for an hour, and you may have assigned homework that should take you around half an hour per every meeting. You are expected to stay in communication with your clubmates by checking Slack at least weekly. Elections will be held in mid-October of each year and include Co-President and treasurer. We will get back to your application at most 2 weeks after submission.

We are excited you are interested in Journal Club! We are here to help you explore not only research as a future career, but also to expand your knowledge on a variety of neuroscience and psychology-related topics! Applications are now open for the Spring Cohort! Typically, in college labs, there will be journal club meetings where the scientists read and discuss scientific journals. This club is a medium commitment. If accepted, you will be meeting once every month on Sundays at 3 - 4 PM for an hour and a half, and you may have assigned homework that should take you 1 - 2 hours every month. You are expected to stay in communication with your mentor by checking Slack at least weekly. Deliverables include a final literature review poster, which you may submit to research competitions or the like, and a certificate of completion. We will get back to your application at most 2 weeks after submission. Spring Cohort begins in February.
