At 17 I danced my way to the top and took on one of my biggest obstacles— Miss Rhode Island Teen USA with torn ankle ligaments.

A Graves Disease fighter and a 3x IRA Chemotherapy recoverer, the guts to get up there took years to build. Fueled by the love that filled my heart for the one passion I’ve had all my life, the kindness within that’s spread to others to change how the world defines beauty.

I regained my strength and courage through the pain I felt and knowing that despite all I’ve experienced one day my devotion to my dreams will be something a young girl out there holds onto while pursuing her dreams aswell.
