I'm really enjoying Shirobako, it's so true that it's genuinely satisfying watching how the characters move forward. I have to stop myself from binging it so I can savor it slowly.
It looks like we have similar tastes so I'm pretty sure I'll enjoy Shoujo☆Kageki Revue Starlight and Shinsekai yori too.

Glad those titles have treated you well. As soon as I saw Love Live in your favorites, I was so hoping that I could rec you a solid idol series. Love Live is still my #1 (Umi Sonoda & Ai Miyashita are my favorites!), but having watched AKB0048 a few times now I've found it to be a nice runner-up.
Good to see you could connect to the experiences of Long Riders. I actually enjoy cycling as well. Yowamushi Pedal got me into it as a training method, but Long Riders really let me appreciate the more recreational side of it.
Truthfully, I was reluctant to recommend PriPara since I didn't want to overload you. It's definitely a staggering episode count and I thought about dropping it a few times myself (it took me years to finally get it going but only a few weeks to actually binge through it). I definitely wouldn't have added it as a rec if I didn't think highly of it. No pressure or worries if you don't end up watching it or drop it. I just personally think it's a hidden gem among idol anime and really gets overlooked due to being a kids' show.
