In Japan The old-school folks used to use the suffix "Maru" (丸) like many anime characters have maru in their name. While "Maru" means circle or complete today's Japanese, its ancient origin comes from "Maro", which literally meant excrement, poop, or a literal shit bucket! They would name beloved samurai boys things like Ushiwakamaru or Chiyomaru just to trick the Yokai and Ayakashi spirits into thinking the baby was just a pile of smelly shit not worth kidnapping. Like some emperor even named their kid abandoned shit..
So I'm familiar with such naming .

Haha isn't having witch in the title, same as Hanaori-san wa Tensei shitemo Kenka ga Shitai synopsis where it says male protagonist is a neet. But the
former demon lord is a school teacher and not a neet.
He was shown living like a neet for only half episode and that was misleading drawing in neets viewers like me.
But it's absolutely worth watching for me...
I am not a fan of isekai but reverse isekai where they are reincarnated or summoned to our world, I love them...

About Kaiki-gumi, you know I love ghosts and yōkai so obviously I'm loving it...

I did mention that it suddenly got dark without warning message before the episode. it reminded me of 90s kindaichi where culprit often killed themselves... Why always fire..
I understand that losing the sense of taste for a chef is death sentence but it's a stupid way to go... I also question the grandfather's sanity, he was very abusive to Jan.
Fire can spread easily are kill others too.. But what made it dark for me is the illness itself.
