Une liberté qui nous subjugue
Les textes qui suivent s'attaquent à l'idée de liberté, censée être l'attribut distinctif des humains. Ils s'inscrivent dans une critique plus générale qui vise les notions de Nature et d'Humanité : j'affirme en effet que ces deux notions forment un couple, une unité idéologique qui permet de fonder les dominations par lesquelles des classes d'êtres sont appropriées par d'autres (comme ce fut le cas pour les esclaves, l'est bien souvent encore pour les femmes, et comme ça le reste pleinement actuellement pour les animaux non humains). On verra que ce couple Humanité/Nature, et tout particulièrement l'idée de liberté humaine qui en découle, affermit également la subordination générale des individus à l'ordre social.
