"The Deal Makers" is an interactive sales competition where teams pitch innovative business ideas, defend their strategies in real-time challenges, and tackle themes like AI, sustainability, luxury markets, and the creator economy. Participants sharpen their sales, negotiation, and business strategy skills while competing for the title of ultimate deal makers."
Nova Sales Summit
Nova Sales Summit is a dynamic event where participants explore the world of sales through inspiring talks, real-life testimonials, interactive pitching challenges, and networking opportunities. From learning the essentials of negotiation to connecting with companies and alumni, attendees gain practical skills and insights to excel in sales and business strategy.
An Opportunity to be Closer
A challenge will be presented to Nova SBE students, in which they must write a text aiming to sell the company's product(s) as effectively as possible. Later, the submissions will be evaluated by both the club members and the company itself. The prize will be access to a guided tour of the company and the opportunity for their resume to be highlighted for potential future internships.

The Operations Department focuses on practical applications of sales knowledge. They coordinate sales simulations, oversee consulting initiatives for startups and companies, and ensure that members can apply what they learn in real-world scenarios.
Pedagogical
The Pedagogical Department gathers and structures sales knowledge, develops educational content, and facilitates training sessions. Their aim is to enhance members' learning experiences and ensure continuous skill development within the club.
Marketing
The Marketing Department manages the club's external communication and brand presence. They develop strategies to promote events, highlight achievements, and attract new members, partners, and sponsors, ensuring the club is visible and appealing to its target audience.

The Events Department plans and executes workshops, networking events, company visits, and sales-related experiences. Their goal is to create highly engaging and impactful activities that foster learning, connection, and professional growth for all club members.
Human Resources
The Human Resources Department manages recruitment, onboarding, and member engagement. They support team development, oversee internal coordination, and ensure that the club's operations run smoothly by maintaining a motivated and well-organized community.
