My name is Thomas Kühefuß, born 18.05.1961 in Ravensburg south Germany.

From my profession I’m engineer in physics and electronics. I work for the company of SEW-PowerSystems GmbH in Wangen.

Cartography is on my interest since more than 30 years. In 2001 I bought my first garmin eTrex Vista GPS receiver. Since 2006 I work fine with my Garmin GPSMAP60CSx. In the last years Garmin Zumo 590 and 595 join the device familiy supporting the motorcycle tours I love to do together with my wife. Since 2018 I’m Road-Cptain in our local Harley Owner Group “Allgäu Chapter”. Planning and organisation of tours in Europe, is an important part of this “job”. This brought me deeper into the handling road planning with Garmin BaseCamp. So I came to OSM by fighting some tech issues with Garmin devices and maps. From the conviction to give something back when I get something I like to bring me in.
