CONCLUSIONS:
- All level 3 supers are fully invul
- Zangief's reversal level 1 super has invul, but doesn't beat any strikes or throws on the ground, and gets punished
- Dhalsim's reversal level 1 super has no invul
- Dhalsim's reversal level 2 super misses if the opponent is crouching, and gets punished
- Blanka/Guile/Jamie/Juri's 'powerup' level 2 supers have no invul
- The following supers have only 1 frame of invul and are poor reversals: DeeJay Super 1, Ken Super 2, JP Super 2
- Cammy's and Kimberly's reversal level 2 supers can avoid meaty strikes and throws, but usually don’t punish them (there are corner case exceptions based on character height and stage position)
NOTABLES:
- Marisa and Honda are the only characters with 1st-frame wakeup armor. If hit, they take 'grey life' damage.
- JP has a 1st-frame counter state. He does NOT lose health when it activates.
- The only move in the game that is frame 1 throw invincible, that is NOT also fully invul or the standard backdash, is Lily's EX Tomahawk Buster (623P). It does not require a Windclad stock.
- There are NO moves in the game that are frame 1 projectile invincible, that are not also fully invul.
- Lily's air super 2 can beat and discourage grounded antiair normals and uppercuts. Cammy's and Kimberly's can't.
- The following characters do NOT have a reversal ---that beats both strikes and throws--- that isn't a super:
