Below are the top form ques I give!

✅Only have a slight bend in your elbows.

✅Extend and reach through your shoulders.

✅Brace your core to avoid arching the back. You’ll reduce your range of motion in the shoulder if you arch the back.

✅Stop your palms in line with your forehead if you have that full range of motion, and can comfortably support a heavy weight at that angle.

I often add these when I’m training upper body, especially when pairing with pushing movements!

Additionally, this is the same muscle group used during a pull down knee drive to an opponent’s body. It’s important to work that motion, as well as the muscles WITH weight for more strength during execution.
