Hit your rows like this!!  ✅ELBOWS BACK ON THE BOTTOM: when you are rowing, think arch back! Row back to your hip line when you hit the row and do not use momentum… I always suggest pausing at the top each rep!  ✅ DRIVE THE ELBOWS FORWARD: Rowing straight up isn’t wrong, per say, but it is not optimal if you are trying to do one arm rows for lats! If you want to hit rear delts, rhomboids, lats, and traps, or even row for strength… then row straight up and go heavy!!  #ExerciseVideos #Coach #MuscleBuildingTips #BackWorkout
