Decided to turn this boring opening into an arch! I was a bit intimidated to DIY an arch but I came across this arch kit on Etsy and wowwww it was so easy! It was a bit more work for me because I have rounded corners so I had to add some drywall tape to blend the edges. However, if you have perfect 90° corners, it will be a lot easier and faster!
