The grief self-exploration house is rooted in DBT techniques surrounding identifying strengths, and support systems, as well as highlighting hopes and visions for the future. This can be an empowering tool in grief when an individual feels ready to look at and reflect upon their grief journey so far, and is in a space to begin to build a vision for the future.
