Alligator themed fruit platter. I used two pinapples to be able to cut more fruit out, but could be done with one. I cut a 'V' shape from the middle of one pineapple and used the wedge for the tail. The body and head are the two sides lying flat on the tray. Kiwi and blueberries for eyes.
