Well here's a surprise. These would appear to be recordings by the very first, short-lived incarnation of Richard Sinclair's Caravan of Dreams.

The original trio CoD was formed in March 1991, consisting of Mark Hewins on guitar, Andy Ward on drums and Richard on bass (basically, Going Going without Hugh Hopper). They only lasted three months until June, when Mark left, and they played only two concerts:
May 25, 1991: Jailbreak '91, Canterbury
May 27, 1991: Kingston Greenfair, Canbury Gardens, Kingston
Note: a return engagement to Kingston Greenfair was made the following year, with the second incarnation of CoD:

When Mark left he was replaced by Rick Biddulph on bass, and Richard moved over to guitar. This 2nd line-up continued to gig until June of 1994.

Caravan of Dreams was launched in 1991 as a trio with Sinclair (bass, vocals), Hewins (guitar) and Ward (drums). They played live twice that year. Hewins left the band, busy with other projects, and Sinclair and Ward were joined by Rick Biddulph (a former roadie for Sinclair's earlier band Hatfield and the North) on bass, with Sinclair switching to guitar. Based around these three, the band continued until 1993, often joined by former Caravan members Dave Sinclair and Jimmy Hastings."
