Start with the LymF Kit 14 – 30 days before using the ParaFy Kit for a better experience.

Take 30 drops of LymF, Holy Skull, and Sustain 1-2x daily.

Take 30 drops of Red Artist in the morning with the other tinctures.

Take 1 Cinnabin capsule (unless constipated) first thing in morning or before bed as needed for die off symptoms.
*Wait 2 hours before or after medicine, food, or tinctures to take Cinnabin.

Started with the Lymf for a few weeks and then the parafy and already eliminating those nasty parasites. It’s gentle and easy to do.

What is the order processing time?

All orders at RogersHood are meticulously handcrafted with care and attention to detail.

As a result, all orders typically take 3-7 days to process and ship.

This includes all subscription orders – when your subscription renews, it will follow our standard processing of 2-4 weeks.

How often should I cleanse?

We recommend cleansing 3-4x a year.

Who should avoid taking the cleanse?

You should avoid the cleanse if you are:

taking blood thinners or chemo medication
pregnant or breastfeeding
under the age of 3

Will I experience any symptoms?

The most common die-off symptoms are flu-like symptoms. Headaches, dizziness, constipation or diarrhea, sore throat, bloating, gas, skin breakouts or a rash, anxiety, depression, irritability, and fatigue are all common die-off symptoms.

Some people experience die-off symptoms right away, others later in their cleanse, and some will not experience them at all.

Do the products expire?

Kits have a 3-year shelf life. Store in a cool and dark place for best results.

This means you have plenty of time to stock up, store it, and cleanse when you’re ready.
