With our latest 3CX App Beta for Android, now available for
download,
fast chat ‘reply’ and ‘mark as read’ features are now at your disposal.

Instant response with fast reply

3CX chat messages can now be responded to from the notification center. Once a
chat message is delivered, users can opt to either single-tap the notification
to open the 3CX app or reply directly from the banner.

Mark as read

It is now possible to mark a message as read from the notification center.
Just tap ‘Mark as Read’ for the message to be marked as read on the sender\'s
side.
