#1471 Refreshing ODBC Transformation with Additional Conn. Params

When refreshing a Transformation that uses an ODBC Source or Target with Additional Connection Parameters, those additional parameters are not sent over to the server. The result is that the server may not be able to connect to the ODBC Source/Target, and the refresh call may fail.

The parameters are always applied at runtime. Also, this bug applies only to ODBC - JDBC works fine.

    Fixed on the 4.0.x branch, in revision 51736. The fix goes into build 4.0.5.3.
