I see that when the Win64 release is tarted on my Windows 10 PC, the layout and the fonts are "strange".
It seems that after you interact in some way with the user interface (i.e. drang and drop the main window, or close and reopen a popup) the issue is fixed.
I attach an image showing the x86 relase on the left, and the x64 on the right.
You can see a kind of white border on bottom and right side, and a font too big for the size of the controls.
