IDTE is a full-featured tag editor for Windows that supports tagging of FLAC, APE, ID3v1.x/2.x, WMA, Lyrics, and Vorbis metadata in audio files.
It also includes a powerful audio player with support for 40+ lossy and lossless formats, including FLAC, ALAC, OGG, APE, MP3, and more.

Tagging MP4 video files and WAV audio files using IDTE is not recommended. WAV tag support is ambiguous and inconsistently handled across players (see: http://wiki.audacityteam.org/wiki/WAV).

Great tag editor! Been using the kid3 earlier but find IDTE to be very clean and up to the mark. The music player is very convenient while tagging files Since, i make and produce music therefore it keeps everything in track. Great Job!

MediaMonkey was a favorite of mine for a long time. It did what it did without breaking files and it really wanted to be your goto music manager, if you'd let it. Times changed and I streamed more than I collected and scheduled tagging-sessions disappeared. Fast forward: I need a good tagger again and, dang it!, IDTE is a great alternative that does enough for me that I've lost interest in finding another (including MM). Thanks. UPDATE: Auto Fetching tags, lyrics or art isn't as straightforward as I'd believed it'd be. I'm going to work with IDTE for a few days and decide then.

Very nice software. Easy and simple. If you are looking for a complete IDE for batch files see Batch Compiler (batch-compiler). Converts BAT to EXE. Freeware. Real compiling + Draw graphics with Advance Commands!
