Cons: SCAM!

Overall: Do NOT use this website!!! 2 weeks ago, due to an urgent need for one of my websites, I started using this service. However, some competitors whom I compete against in Google rankings launched fake abuse/phishing complaint attacks, and this company called bitlaunch.io suspended my account.

These competitors falsely marked my website as harmful not only here but also on multiple other services with baseless complaints. I submitted false positive notifications to all of them, and they corrected the situation.

When I discussed this issue with bitlaunch.io, they told me it was out of their hands and that they had to delete the server. I replied saying it's okay, and that they could even delete the account if they wished (provided they refund my balance, of course). However, nothing further happened, and no email or similar communication arrived regarding my account. Today, when I logged into the account, it was still active, but my balance was locked. I asked them to at least refund my balance or unlock the account so I could continue using it.

In response, they insulted me by saying "go fuck yourself" and seized my account balance. In short, I've been scammed and insulted. They even fabricated a baseless claim about a "botnet" just to scam me.

Additionally, in the past, I had purchased a Windows VPS from them, which irrecoverably crashed after 5-6 days. Their service is terrible; they are scammers and insult their customers. They are completely disgraceful, have a pathetic mindset, and behave like losers. Don't use them, and don't let others use them.

I absolutely do NOT recommend them!!! Pathetic.

The conversation screenshots are at the bottom right. Additionally, when I mentioned that I would file a complaint, they showed no interest at all—probably because they think it wouldn't affect them negatively. However, even if just one person reads this review and reconsiders their decision, that's enough for me. I genuinely believe some people don't deserve to earn money. Anyway...

Pros: Nothing there is no pros they just take your funds and you cant get it back.
I would be lying to you if there was even one pro.

Cons: They steal your funds there is no way to withdraw it when depositing
Support very rude and sarcastic.

Overall: 0/10 would not recommend please save yourself the money and take your business elsewhere. You get a combination of the absolute worst and rude support that exists and they laugh when they steal your funds.
