    Pros: AI that truly understands Arabic and English – Unlike global tools, Evalufy’s AI doesn’t just translate, it understands. It analyzes tone, fluency, and context, giving insights that feel accurate for MENA hiring realities.

    Massive library of tests, plus flexibility – You can instantly use 800+ expert-validated assessments or build your own with drag-and-drop ease. That saved me hours of prep work.

    Video + text assessments = deeper insights – Instead of relying on CVs, you actually see and hear candidates, making it easier to spot communication skills and cultural fit early.

    Collaboration made easy – Multiple reviewers can score, compare, and comment directly on candidates in one platform. It reduced a lot of “back-and-forth” with my hiring managers.
