Pros: When service working it is working good. The thing is service do not always work.

Technical support will fix the issue with the time.

Cons: You can receive defective (non functioning service) and support will pretend that everything is alright until you will ask them to check it by them self.

Refunds - forget it. They will waste your time by hundreds Emails and would not refund your wasted time.

Overall: Right away after my dedicated server was set up it wasn't working. I've tried to fix something on my side, since freshly delivered service can't be broken right? Wrong, spend a lot of time to figure out what's wrong, at the end opened a ticket to Technical support.
They've said something was wrong with the server and said that they've fixed it. But it wasn't fixed, after few more days writing to the support issue was fixed. Then next day after simple Windows update RDP connection corrupted. I've asked support to help again, they've set me on hold for 3 days, then on the next day resolved the issue.

Overall I've spent around 10 days to fix service provider issues, simply wasted time. Then I've asked for a refund. They stated that service is working now and they can't refund it. But what about 10 wasted days?
I will tell you what about them. Nothing. No refunds.

My advice do not use this service or refund right away.

Pros: I have been using VPS hosting from MonoVM for the last five months. Support is good.

Cons: The price is a bit higher than other providers I think.

Overall: Overall I found they were good, especially in support.
